SHIPPING POLICY
With very few exceptions (i.e. promotions, weekends, holidays) all our products are made to order. This means your order is blended, charged, bioenergized, labeled, packed and shipped within 1-2 weeks from the date they are ordered. We strongly urge you to order with enough lead time so your products can be prepared carefully.
Occasionally, we do have stock ready to bioenergize and ship for our customers, in which case our order processing and shipping turn around will be 2-5 business days. We will keep you updated with information via email. You can also track your order through “My Account” and your shipment through “Track My Order“.
During the checkout process, we list your shipping options and costs, which is dependent on your location and the weight. Once your order leaves our headquarters, USPS is responsible for ensuring timely delivery to you, and unfortunately the package is no longer in our realm of control. We strongly advise to purchase priority shipping for tracking.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed orders if insurance & tracking was not purchased. USPS is responsible for any delivery issues, delays or lost items, however, we will do our best to assist you with tracking the package with USPS when necessary.
*Claims for packages marked “delivered” yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 24 hours after “delivery date” but no longer than 3 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises.” Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not “delivered”) must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International shipping is available, and rates are calculated based on weight. Most International packages will arrive 1-3 weeks from the shipping date depending on location. Alchemyst Co is not responsible for lost packages once they have left the USA. Nor is Alchemyst Co responsible for any customs fees, VAT or other taxes for international shipments nor will pay any additional duties charged by the destination country.
RETURNS
We believe in the mission and integrity of Alchemyst CO and strive to exemplify that through our products and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products, hygiene and product safety reasons, Alchemyst Co does not accept returns. We will only replace items that have been damaged during shipping. Should a mistake be made with your order, such as shipping an incorrect product, we will remedy the situation immediately. We require photo proof of the damaged or wrong goods. We offer 2 ml samples of all of our perfumes for $6-9 that you’re wanting to try out before purchasing a full size. Shipping charges will apply.
Due to the nature of botanical ingredients used in our blends and natural perfumes, occasionally a blend will not align with someone’s natural biochemistry. Because we work in small batches using 100% pure, therapeutic grade essential oils, attars, resins, natural fragrance ingredients and absolutes, the aromatic profile will vary slightly between batches due to the nature of plants (harvesting, weather, distillation, etc.). Quality control is stringently overseen by Isis Jade for every product before it is bottled & bioenergized for you. If you are unsatisfied or unhappy with a product, we will do our best to support you. Please don’t hesitate to contact us and ask for recommendations!
No credits or refunds will be made for shipping.
Please read our ingredients carefully. The featured notes are listed, however, our complete essential oil ingredients are proprietary information and will not be included. We only use jojoba oil and meadowfoam seed oil or sunflower seed oil for our infusions and as our carrier oils. You will not find any fractionated coconut oil in our ingredients due to possible allergens.
