Events outside Alchemyst Co’s control shall be considered force majeure.

The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order.

No refunds, exchanges or returns are accepted for personal care items.

We will, however replace damaged or lost goods upon receipt of proof of lost or damaged goods.

Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.

Card information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is not stored.

Please note that additional local charges, VAT, import duties and/or additional fees may occur, remain the customer’s full obligation to pay and are beyond Alchemyst Co’s control.

Force Majeure

Events outside Alchemyst Co’ control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Alchemyst Co is released from Alchemyst Co’ obligations to fulfill contractual agreements.

Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, pandemics, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers.

The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.

Payment

All products remain Alchemyst Co’s property until full payment is made.

The price applicable is set at the date upon which you place your order.

Shipping costs, taxes, and prices are recognized before confirming the purchase.

If you are under 18 years old you must have parents’ permission to buy from Alchemyst Co.

All transfers conducted through Alchemyst Co are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection.

Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption.

LOCAL TAXES

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty, import fees, vat charges) may occur, depending on your region and local tax laws.

Customs and other tariffs may be applied to international orders depending on your country’s regulations.

Additional Information

In the event of when a product is sold out, Alchemyst Co has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

Alchemyst Co shall notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.

Additionally, essential oils are very potent and may at times cause allergies or rashes.
