Please be aware that our current order processing time is up to 10 business days due to the nature of our products and shipping logistics because of where we source our certified organic ingredients.

Please note that while the artisan appreciates reviews of her work, she does not collaborate with social media influencers or reviewers. We also will not respond to ANY requests for free product or paid reviews. We do not offer incentives for our reviews. Reviews are posted by our loyal customers who have fallen in love with our products.

We respond to order inquiries within 2 business days. You can expect an emailed response Monday through Friday from 10AM-4PM Pacific Standard Time ONLY. We do not respond to inquiries outside of our working hours, during holidays or over the weekends.

Please check your spam folder if you don't hear back within 2 business days. Sometimes our emails are caught in your spam and you need to add us to your safe list.
