To use:

1. Add 2 drops to 24 ounces of water 2x per day, preferably prior to meals. Use no more than 7-10 days internally then cycle 1 week off.

2. Apply 2-3 drops topically to stomach area, up to 5x a day any time a craving strikes or whenever you feel digestion is not optimal.
